Albert Rey-Mermet



After having passed his bar and notary examinations, Albert Rey-Mermet started his career in the judiciary, notably as a scientific collaborator at the Swiss Supreme Court (at the IIe Cour de droit public and at the Ie Cour de droit civil).  He was then elected as a Cantonal Judge at the Cantonal Court of the Canton of Valais (he became the President of the Ire Cour civile et pénale).

 Albert Rey-Mermet was admitted to the Geneva bar in 1998. He joined the Firm as a partner in 2004.

Thanks to his solid professional experience, Albert Rey-Mermet is a litigation lawyer in the field of both civil and administrative law.  Moreover, his activities also cover arbitration and business law. Albert Rey-Mermet has a broad experience of sports law and represents the interests of top-level professional athletes.
